Return Policy
Zarnuma is committed to providing quality products. However, due to the nature of our products (flour and food items), returns are limited. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we offer replacements where necessary.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
The wrong item was delivered
The product is expired
The packaging was defective
Returns are not accepted if:
The product has been opened or used
The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery
2. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at Help@zarnuma.com within 48 hours
Mention your order number and include clear photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the item. A replacement or refund (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
In case you received the wrong product, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
